XLRI Delhi: Xavier School of Management, Delhi-NCR Campus is an extension of the flagship institute XLRI Jamshedpur located in Jharkhand. The institute is located in Jhajjar district which is 25 km from Gurugram and is centrally connected to main districts like Delhi, Gurgaon and Rewari. The foundation stone of XLRI I Delhi-NCR campus in Jhajjar district was laid on 16 January 2017.

The new state-of-the-art campus, spread over an area of ​​36 acres, has been designed to promote an eco-friendly living experience and promote climate awareness. In the coming years, the new XLRI, Delhi-NCR campus will offer a comprehensive portfolio of courses including regular, two-year postgraduate programs in Human Resource Management and Business Management – ​​PGDM HRM and PGDM BM.

15 months Executive General Management Program (Executive PGDM GMP)  for executives with more than five years of experience and Fellow Program in Management (FPM). XLRI Jamshedpur and XLRI Delhi NCR have successfully achieved 100% placement for the outgoing batch of 2022-24 for their flagship programs, Two-year PGDM (BM) and Two-year PGDM (HRM), with all 463 candidates placed in the final intake.

The average salary offered to the XLRI Delhi batch saw an increase of Rs 28.89 lakh per annum, and the highest domestic offer of Rs 75.00 lakh per annum was seen from the ITES sector. The highest international offer of Rs 1.1 crore per annum for the HR domain, candidates received multiple offers in Germany and the UAE.
